Reena's journey as an artist started in early childhood. Colours infomed her deep appreciation of the world as she dabbled in watercolours, watching her creations come alive. Over time, her personal aesthetic was similarly shaped by vibrant colours. Her extensive travels across thirty countries, spanning five continents, offered her a unique perspective that further nurtured the artist in her. It inspired her to pick up a paintbrush to capture the beauty of pink flamingos using limited art supplies she found on a ship at sea. That same painting inspired Reena to pick up the paintbrush thirty years later, and now in a different chapter of her life. After a successful career in interior design, she is now an entrepreneur with flexibility to revisit her calling as an artist.

This time her medium of choice is acrylics on canvas. Her recent artwork captures the richness of the tropics and reflects the depth of her experiences. As a self-taught artist, her confidence manifests itself in both the deft bold strokes as well as the finer details. Having received much appreciation from those around her, she is ready to embrace the next chapter of her life, as an artist on a bigger stage.
